Refund & Return Policy

Important Notice
Refunds are possible within 7 days of delivery. Please note that an unboxing video is strictly mandatory for return approval.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received a damaged item.
- You received the wrong product.
- The item arrived in defective condition.
- The product is missing from your order.
To help us verify the issue, customers may be asked to provide clear photos, videos, or other supporting evidence. For damaged or incorrect deliveries, an unboxing video is strongly recommended.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns for:
- Opened or used cosmetic products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Products purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions (unless defective)
3. Return Request Period
Any return, exchange, or refund request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Requests submitted after this period may not qualify for review.
4. Exchange Policy
If your request is approved, we may offer:
- Product replacement
- Exchange for the same item
- Exchange for an item of equal value
Availability of replacement products is subject to stock levels.
5. Refund Approval
Refunds are generally issued only when:
- A replacement cannot be arranged.
- The product received is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
- The order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory or operational issues.
Refund approvals remain at the sole discretion of NR Cosmetics after reviewing the submitted evidence.
6. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds may be processed through:
- Original payment method (where applicable)
- Store credit
- Bank transfer
- Any other approved refund method
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible and the standard return process will apply.
8. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our side, such as:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged item received
- Incomplete order
